Overview

This is where you can manage your Staff’s paid time off and time off requests. Here is a detailed 3min video outlining how to navigate the Time Off Management page.

How to View Time Off Requests

  1. The Staff PTO Calendar shows all upcoming Time Off requests for your staff

    1. A filled banner means that the Time Off request has been approved

    2. An empty banner means that the Time Off request has not yet been approved

    3. There are also Calendar filters, and Day/Night filters that you can apply

  2. If you scroll down more to the PTO Requests section, you can view [1] Pending Requests, [2] Approved Requests, and [3] Rejected Requests.

    1. There are also filters that you can use, and a search bar to search for staff.

  3. To create new time off directly on this page, find the purple button that says Add New Time Off and you can view that there.

How to Approve or Reject Time Off Requests

  1. To approve or reject a Time Off request, you can either click the unfilled Time Off request on the calendar, or click View beside the request of interest in the PTO Requests section under the Pending Requests header

  2. From there, you can modify the Request Type, assign Pay Codes if needed, customize the date, and then ultimately click Deny or Approve to change the status of the Time Off request.

    1. You’re also able to see Note from Staff as well.

How to change an Approved Time Off Request

  1. To alter an approved Time Off request, you can either click the filled Time Off request on the calendar, or click View beside the request of interest in the PTO Requests section under the Approved Requests header

  2. From there, you can modify the Request Type, assign Pay Codes if needed, customize the date, and then ultimately click Withdraw Approval or Save Changes to change the status of the Time Off request.
