Why do I need to do this?
A recent update was released. If things look broken or the support chat isn't showing, you're likely on an old version.
Following the steps below will load the latest version.
Desktop / Laptop (Web Browser)
1. Open Vitalize in your browser
2. Hold Ctrl + Shift + R (Windows) or Cmd + Shift + R (Mac)
3. The page will reload and you'll be on the latest version
iPhone / iPad
1. Tap the Vitalize icon on your home screen
2. To refresh, first navigate away from the app by pressing the Home button (older iPhones with a physical button) or swiping up from the bottom of the screen (newer iPhones)
3. From the app switcher, find Vitalize and swipe it up and off the screen to close it fully
4. Tap the Vitalize icon on your home screen again to reopen
Android
1. Tap the Vitalize icon on your home screen—it will open in your default browser (Chrome, Samsung Internet, etc.)
2. Once the app is open, slowly drag down from the top of the screen to about halfway, then hold for 3 seconds before releasing to trigger a hard refresh
3. Don’t see the app reload? Close the app fully via your recent apps, reopen it, and repeat the pull-down
