Overview
Staff will be able to access Vitalize from any device, regardless of their location. If your unit has been set up with Vitalize, you should have a login with your work email, and/or phone number. For any questions about your login, contact your manager or support@vitalize.care.
The staff-facing app is usable via desktop, tablet, or mobile.
How to Log into Vitalize
Go to app.vitalize.care/login
Log in via your work email and/or phone number - you will be prompted to either your organizational log in page, prompted for a multi-factor authentication, or to enter your password
Follow the steps below to access the platform
